SINCE THERE HAS BEEN NUMEROUS QUESTIONS AS TO THE INTENTED USE OF THE
PROPOSED INCREASE IN MILL CAPACITY AT ST. ANDREWS AND WHETHER EXALL

St Andrew Goldfields in 1997 announced a three year custom milling
contract with Exall- Glimmer mine. The contract comes due in year 2000. St
Andrew's plans initially is to provide milling service to others while prior to
milling it own gold ore.Any excess milling capacity would be available for
others, with priority given to Exall if theie milling contact is renewed for
