Doc:

I love the company but where can it go with 140 million shares out. I thought it was more like 200mm but whatever. They need to reduce the total number of shares for the price to go up. Unfortunately I don't like the method most penny stocks use to do this. I am holding a small position and have not increased my position because of the feeling in the pit of my stomach that the "R" word (reverse split) may be in the wind. If the company could buy back a large block of stock at this discount rate I believe it would give a huge boost to investor confidence. Less than 10 grand per million shares ????????????????.

Suggest that to all who are REALLY interested in LTGL, call the company and converse. Guaranteed, you will like what you hear. I'm long and getting longer.
