You got some bad info. They don't charge to access their web sight. In fact they give free real time quotes to non-customers as well. Rory

That charge is for using their direct modem online trading system, rather than through the Internet. -jsc

I think you have been misinformed. The only charge .15/min if you use their direct dial service or touch tone service. And they credit you w/ 12 mins of free usage if you make a trade. And it's free to use their web site... ed
