lee- amen!!!!!!!! i want the republican leadership to tell pat robertson and the christian coalition (if thats not a misnomer i dont know what is) to go to hell. but, you guys are wrong about the reagan thing...and about welfare. he bullied congress into accepting the spending increases at DoD. he worked us up into a frenzy about the russians, who at that very moment were going broke. and what finally did it was the collapse in oil prices, not all the weapons we built. good luck to all, trey
