No argument there, but that was two weeks ago. What does that have to do with today is my point. The info is too old to be useful. Two weeks ago, most indicators were probably in overbought territory (where most bull legs begin) and they may have been shorting them at that time. In fact, if you look at the S&P, that's about the time it came to a stand still around 1075 and pulled back just a bit to around 1060. It was vertical for the two weeks prior to that. All I'm saying is that it doesn't mean that they're still short today. We won't find that out for two more weeks and by then, it will again be useless information.
