Eric...don't know, perhaps some other esteemed board contributor can help.

BTW, most of the 10K reminds me of Genesis, all that who begat who stuff. Only in the case of GE's 10K, it just item after item of...and then GE begat xxxxx shares to pay xxxxx for xxxxxx, and so on. But we already knew all that anyway.
