I agree, the Broncos could lose even two or three games this year. Teams in all sports have trouble handling prosperity, there is too much parity in the NFL to win every week if you don't come to play.

If the Bengals had a defence they would have beaten the Broncs last Sunday. Remember the Raiders knocked them from a 6-0 record last year, they are the defending champs, everyone will want a piece of them.

excellent point on monday night games and there unpredictability. but denver being undefeated should give both teams even more determination to win. mnf must be drooling to think they might have an undefeated team playing this late in the season. and those without direct tv (i have it) can see denver and not have to suffer and watch washington, or tampa bay.

>> The last game I think they could lose just because they may not play Elway, Davis, et.al. much because the game will be meaningless, whereas Seattle may have a lot to play for (i.e. playoffs) if they are 8-7 or thereabouts.<<

I think that teams will need an 11-5 record or at least 10-6 to get in from the AFC this year. 8-8 teams may make it in the NFC.

That's just looking at it from what's happened in the first half.
