It's two steps forward and one step back for Windows NT 4.0. Microsoft Corp.'s latest service pack for the operating system offers a massive collection of fixes and enhancements. However, resellers should heed the usual cautions. First, getting Service Pack 4 is problematic. Second, we have found glitches that range from cosmetic to fatal.
