VS ~ Ask yourself: Am I a fish eating the bait? Yes, I am a phish(sic) but I'm not taking YOUR bait. How will FTEL/FNET have a good private placement with what has been going on for the last year or so? A bit ambiguous, eh? In your apparent attempt to further spread doubt in Franklin's ability to succeed, you have 'unintentionally' omitted any reference to what you are talking about. Are your referring to the AT&T suit; the Intrine order (I haven't seen you mention this one for a couple of weeks); the Private Placement of last fall that allowed them to have cash in the bank for FNET deployment (although at considerable cost); or are you referring to the beating they've taken from the shorts (ahem!) and shills??? Or am I missing here all together? Certainly, you were not referring to the installation of the Harris switch; or the various JVs and deployment into high margin areas; or their strategy to focus their resources in this very lucrative and somewhat 'virgin' market; or the respectable increase in revenues; or the modest burn rate; or the ability to attract management team members that are respected industry wide (and proven, although in different stables); or the fact that the voice quality is superb and has been validated by industry and many of the shareholders including myself; or etc., etc., etc............ Is anyone selling shares into this price rise? Why? Absolutely, YES. Many people took advantage of FTEL being at .50 and bought a bundle and for their effort they received a 100% gain in a few days. Not bad! eh??? FTEL: $1.01 ~ JACK
