Yes, I did notice that too, but unlike my experience with other Internet trading systems, Watley has a good call center. As long as the problems are rare, I am encouraged that I have the ability to call the company directly. I have not had a problem geting through by phone yet. And, the system was up again even while they are having problems.

At the moment, Harbor Securites's ARCA is down. This is a problem with internet brokers and all of them at some point do go down. No one has an unblemished record yet.
