Amazing to see Barberich buying HMSR -- I'd pretty much given them up for dead after they lost their patent infringement case to Pall Corp.

The real carrion in the Sepracor portfolio is BSEP, which has the original SEPR business, before they hit on the idea of patenting isomers of existing blockbuster drugs.

Someday Sepracor will be a business class case study. TB and co have been extraordinarily foresighted and opportunistic in their attempt to build a major company. There is tremendous ambition and business intelligence behind their efforts and that is perhaps my chief reason for sticking with SEPR through all the ups and downs.
