Rick, agreed that the road will not be a short one. One thing your note reminded me of to mention concerns the Jerry Wenger saga. Allen Bender wanted shareholders to be clear that the purpose of engaging Mr. Wenger was less a desire to promote the company than a desire to help raise much needed capital for the corporation. Once it was apparent that: a. Mr. Wenger has lost his credibility within the financial arena and therefore would be unlikely to provide economic interest or support in TVI, and b. the fact that some of his actions were alleged criminal, his relationship with TVI was terminated.
