Larry Good question. My best guess is that as feature sizes shrink the need for ultraclean environments will be greater than ever. And the need for micro-environments will likewise continue to expand. The rash of new orders earlier in the year seemed to confirm this. Probably it's a topic worth presenting to one of the more "expert" groups on SI. Regards, Leo
