Good question. My best guess is that as feature sizes shrink the need for ultraclean environments will be greater than ever. And the need for micro-environments will likewise continue to expand.

The rash of new orders earlier in the year seemed to confirm this.

Probably it's a topic worth presenting to one of the more "expert" groups on SI.

Sharon is gone and the new IR person is not as talkative , he didn't answer any of my questions concerning current state of affairs at Daw, and referred me to the SEC filings , he said that daw earnings will be out around November 10/98
