Joe, it is my policy not to call companies. I only want responses on the record and phone calls are always deniable. (Just look at how Jack Uselton is dancing today behind that curtain of deniability at MTEI.) I like the truth to be verifiable to all. Independent verification is always the best. Audited financials are good too. But what are you going to learn from someone who has a major incentive to paint information in the best possible light? If they are honest about these issues, they will correct them publicly on their own. Let's wait and see. I am a patient observer.
