Thanks Abbey for that. I will speak with her. My complaint, is the slowness on their end when I send a trade over the net. I am on cable so they get the trade instantly. Just that they do not seem to get it passed on to the floor very fast. Probably the same reason as waiting on the phone... not enough traders. Bottom line is their profit margin at the expense of a couple more workers.
