Man, Brettster, but you are one tenacious type!

Get real. This one isn't even toast anymore. It's old moldy crumbs.

Brettster, Who knows what will happen next. It's all speculation at this point. FWIW - and from what I can gather, I'll guess a declaration of bankruptcy will be announced by Friday. I suspect that there's now little chance of a deal prior to bankruptcy. I believe common shareholders will be left holding the bag on this one.

Regards - Dale

I agree that there is a possibility of something positive. I've held a bankrupt stock, Marvel Entertainment (evolved into something else now) for 5 years through self buy-outs, splits, reverse stock, etc., and it's coming back.(Of course Ron Perlman, as smart as he is, is also self-protective)
Now, Syquest may not have the intrinsic, 500 character licenses that Marvel owns, but they have something.
Whatever!
It could have been a Chapter 7, and none of this discussion would ensue.
I have to say, if SYQT disappears, I will really miss this discussion thread. It has been one of the most informative, and sometimes entertaining, of all that I follow.
Good Luck to all, the winners and the losers.
Tomorrow is another day, and potentially another company.
