The article's focus was that Newbridge Networks is TM's company, and that he is going to run it in his best interests, which may or may not always be in the best interests of all shareholders. The article is laughable. Who cares about a Daruma Doll? Who cares about his ability to intimidate? I'm a shareholder of NN, and I do not care to hear about TM's golf courses. I would rather have read an article about how TM and Lutz are working together to create shareholder value. Lutz's name and his activities were noticeable absent.

The Daruma Doll? Remember the movie The Caine Mutiny? Didn't the ship's captain play with two steel balls?
