Dear Ariella:

1) I did not invite anyone to participate in a group that will seek Control of PARS. I just gave an example of how a group like will be formed. I do not want to participate in such group but suggest that a group like that can be formed.

2) You keep repeating the story about Nevada Defenses - The reality is that nothing prevents the formation of a group that will be Big enough to Effectively Have CONTROL.

Such a group can bring about the sale of the company to a third party. There is NOTHING that can Prevent this. The Board can be replaced as part of the process...

NO ONE CONTROL PARS AT THE MOMENT. EVEN COOK WILL AGREE WITH THIS...

3) As far as 45 employees of PARS. Not all of them will leave the company.

4) What does the focus of mgt has to do with issuing three press releases instead of one. All it takes is basic knwoledge of how information get to the BROKER"S Desk Top.

5) Please explain to me why the only story on DOWJONES is that PARS Revenue are DOWN.

No Mention is made of the market share gain and the other good information.

6) This is why the shares are down today !!! if you had 3 press releases the stock will be up.

7) Pars saved $1000 by issuing one press release instead of one, A penny Wise and a pound Foolish ?

Regards
