These are all the issues I am addressing now with RB and IDA. RB's answer to your question is that each order is an individual order. Each order chage is an individual order. Big $$ orders must be approved by a supervisor. In fact this is what got me started, I placed an order for 10,000 shares of PDG and my time to get the order filled was 4x slower than if I'd ordered 100 shares of PDG. RB had originally stalmated me by saying they don't guarantee "performance levels" and treat everyone the same. So I told them I wanted the same "plaement time with a 10,000 share order @ 25.00 as the guy ordering 100 shares @25.00 The line went dead for a time and they finally started to realize the problem!!
