Could you post some information regarding the cease order.

Some details of why, who when etc.

When should we hope for the stock to be trading again etc

Truthfully Steve, I kind of hoped that all the crap had left the
company when FLA left Flemming Finacial.

There is an awful odour that is returning.

Hopefully you can shed some light here because I am having hard
time believing that good things will happen with this company
because of crap like this. .

Actually, you should not make any comment to the cease order what so ever.

Tom Kelly should address this issue directly with some sort of statement of why this cease order happened.

As President, he should be fully aware of all the financials of the company at all times. If the cheque was not cashed by Price Water House for completing the financials for FLA by a specific date, then Mr Kelly should have investigated the reason why and changed companies immediately.

If Tom Kelly decides not to directly addresss this issue in writing, it will send a very clear message to the investors of Fairmile Gold about the credibility of the President.

We all wait for a reply.

I will be prepared with a shovel, if needed.

I want to be optimistic, however, some issues (like the above) are making it more and more difficult to sustain this outlook.
