Brian, There are certain events that could happen that would require a shareholder vote. If something were to come up suddenly a "special meeting" would be called to conduct such a vote. It has been talked about on this thread for the past year that it would be nice to have to have such a meeting sometime in late 1998. That's the story of the "special meeting".........just fun "what if" speculation.

My best guess is that when the QP ends in the next couple of weeks it will require a vote of all of the share holders and the special meeting will take place at the birth place of aviation, Dayton, Ohio. If things can be arranged it will be IMO around the middle of December as the share holders must be given 30 days notice. If not in Dec. then right after the first of the year.
