I checked the CFTC reports....just as you said, the commercials are short gold and silver......

However, I noticed they are long Pt and Pd.....

What is your take as to why they are long Pt & Pd & short silver & gold?

I don't suppose you have worked out a "buy & sell signal" system based on changes on these percentages, have you???? That would be very interesting.......pls share it with us!!!

Any historical graphs of these available? If not, I'll download the historical data & see what can be done......

Ray, I appreciate your input. In looking at the site for traders commitments, I could not find the metals. Where does one look for these?? Thanks. Quentin
