The problem is the ERPs are hurting for business and creating a lot of Fud in the space. I know of one case where Sap promised a customer their Scope SCM solution for free. THats my issue anyway. I would be more bullish on manu and i2 if the ERPs business was healthier.

Crown Cork & Seal Chooses Manugistics5 To Optimize Its Supply Chain

Leading Supplier of Packaging Products to Use Manugistics to Streamline Transportation
Management and Build Collaborative Relationships

ROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Manugistics Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MANU - news) today announced that
Crown Cork & Seal, the leading supplier of packaging products to consumer marketing companies around the world, has
chosen Manugistics5 to optimize its supply chain around its customers. By optimizing its transportation network across multiple
plants to ensure customers' needs are met, Crown Cork & Seal hopes to improve efficiencies and develop a competitive
advantage through supply chain management.

Crown Cork & Seal is a $8.5 billion manufacturer of metal and plastic packaging products for food, beverage, household, and
other consumer products. It operates 247 plants located in 49 countries around the world. Crown Cork & Seal will first be
using Manugistics5 to optimize transportation management, including planning for inbound, outbound, and inter-plant movement
of raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process.

''Many of our partners along the supply chain recommended Manugistics as a proven solution that delivers significant savings,''
said Mike Dunleavy, Vice President of Business Development for Crown Cork & Seal. ''We were looking for a long-term
partner that could help us achieve a competitive advantage both by first optimizing our internal supply chain and then through
collaboration with our key customers. Manugistics has the solutions for today and the vision to help us accomplish our future
goals.''

''Many vendors either offered a supply chain solution with limited transportation functionality or a transportation-only solution
with no support for the other critical functions along the supply chain. Because we felt that optimizing transportation was where
we needed to start to drive significant savings and efficiency we chose Manugistics,'' said Ed Hatter, Vice President,
Transportation for Crown Cork & Seal. ''In addition, we needed to manage a supply chain that included more than 100
locations in North America and Manugistics had the best solution for centralized planning in a multi-plant environment.''

''As a supplier to blue-chip companies around the world, Crown Cork & Seal plays an important part in many supply chains.
We are very pleased to be working with them to optimize not only their internal supply chain, but also to collaborate with their
customers for the potential to drive even greater results for everyone along the extended supply chain,'' said Jeff Holmes, vice
president of industry marketing.

Headquartered in Rockville, Md., Manugistics Group, Inc. is the leading supplier of solutions for customer-centric supply chain
optimization and has the largest global client base of any supply chain provider. The company's solutions are used by more than
