What is going on at Datek.

In the past few weeks I have not gotten any e-mail confirmations. I haven't gotten any confirmations mailed to me through the regular mail. And I opened a ROTH IRA with them 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any of the paperwork. ANd no response from Support@Datek.com when e-mailed. Not even the Datek Bot that lets you know they received the message.

What gives. Did they run out of stamps?
