My best recollection is that each warratn gives the owner the right to purchase one share at a price of $5.50 anytime prior to some time in the year 2002--I forget what month. Therefore, if the stock price goes higher than 5.50 in the next 3.5 to 4 or so years, the warrants will be winners.
