tippet LU must build a major part of it's project win in Brazil. I am not sure if this will enhance or diminish LU earnings. My guts tell me it will diminish earnings as they will need to set up assembling lines and train people which in general for a short term of 2 to 3 year has negative cost implication - e.g. higher cost lower profits. My bet is also that they grossly underpriced this project not to have face a loss as it was in Mexico were LU lost to Nortel NT a $600 million project. BWDIK ] Haim
