Ramesh, ICO is planning on merging with VST in an effort to increase their presence in the computer service area and is awaiting approval for the deal. Both company's debt has been put on credit watch pending review of their finances. Most observers believe the merger to be in the best interest of both parties but agree that the future stock price depends entirely on how fast ICO is able to make VST profitable. Right now, its a major league arbitrage play. ICO's float is controlled by institutional investors and they're hedging their bet by shorting VST and ICO. Sergio
