Paul, they have not come out with any concrete plan yet. My best guess could only be the following,
1. announce dividend to the shareholders. They will be making so much money, return some to shareholder might not be a bad idea.
2. negotiate to retire the convertible bond issue. Since the share price is far below the conversion. There could be chance to get a early retiremnent. The o/s share after would be only 10mill+ instead of 17mill+. I think this is a better way to enhance share value. We will at the .40/share nps and if only 10mill+ o/s, think how it would affect our share price.
