Why can't we reverse split stock shares?.... To get relisted

Don't even think about it - Reverse splits are almost always the "kiss of death" for stocks.

Hi FB,

I always enjoy your posts.

In my experience I've noticed that the effect of stock splits for companies who do not have a positive fundamental story is negative, i.e. the stock continued to move lower after the split and in many cases moved lower to the pre-split level.
However, I do remember a case where a company split its stock 1 for 5 and because the prospects for the company were excellent the subsequent price action was favorable. The after-split stock went from 2 to 27.
In our WAVX situation which of course is very favorable it seems like the thing to do, assuming that the NASDAG regulations permit it.

But in any event it is a creative thought and keep up the good posts.

Best wishes,

Salvatore Monaco
