Patrice, any "losing" of the revenue from the INF IPO is more than made up by the $$ that CBS will receive for the sale of the stock and 2. the hopefully increased perceived value of CBS stock once the IPO occurs. It is a win-win situation. The run up in the price to 28 is due to good earnings and the change in command at the co. The news of the IPO hasn't really affected the stock yet. If the IPO takes off after it starts trading, we should see a good reaction in CBS stock price. Larry
