I wonder if PMC bought the 1,333,333 shares of CIST for less than $.75 . Maybe that is what held up the deal.

When is the shareholders meeting? Before this fellow took charge Cistron used to have their annual meetings in Novemeber. Last year he pushed it off until January. The fiscal year ended on June 30. How long will they push this meeting back?
