Great point Nick. We should not inquire as to where he got his shares. It is ok if he does not participate in the count but it may hurt us. Remember, the count is confidential and the total will be told to RG so he understands that we do represent a significant amount of shares. Martin, I think, is an essential part of that count. But, it is none of our business how he received those shares.

"Have a good Day". Nick, your polite ending after a harsh post reminds me of standing in front of a judge on a motion or other such request. After the judge slams you, you always say, no matter what just transpired, "Thank you, your honor". Of course, one is always tempted to say, "Thank you sir, may I have another?"
