NEWS ON SHAREHOLDER LAWSUIT??

I've been away from this thread for a few months--not that much has changed. Has anyone heard any news on the shareholder lawsuit filed
over a year ago against OAKT (it claimed execs. hyped the stock and
sold high just before inventory problems became public and the stock
dropped like a rock).

My experience with Sierra Semi some years ago was that the stock
price recovered smartly as soon as the shareholder suit was settled.

Thanks. I think the set top box business is extremely tough.
Wonder this guy, Mr. Vroom(?) can pull it off or not.
He was GM & VP at VLSI doing these sort of business before.
I think he ought to have some handle of this.

Let's wait to hear more news like the one OAK released a few days ago.
That will help their STB business.
