There is many directions that you could look to see the end of it all. I've been shocked lately when I watch TLC and find out just how close things were with JFK and Cuba.

These days the advent of newer technologies is allowing for the gradual removal of such nasty toys, but ..

Any way .. I for one am glad to have the Christian right exerting impact. We have a system of checks and balance. For far to long that voice was being told to be silent. I would not wish that force to be the ruling voice, but to totally do away with it would be very destructive for the US.

Back to the show .. trin stayed over 1 for most of the day without a sharp drop in prices.

One of two things:

1) the market was hollowed out for a drop in the morning or
2) small block buying offset large block selling which continues to set a strong base for the next move up.

I think that we will have some more sell off in the morning. Small amount < 100 DJIA points. At this time I still think this is a dip to buy.

I really liked the recipes Don was posting so I am going to post one for tonight. It is simple, elegant and very very tasty.

Pasta with Feta and Spinach

4 cups choped onion
olive oil (I use Conzorzio roasted Garlic flavor olive oil)*
feta- 1 lb ( I use herbed feta)*
vermicelli -1lb(I add a dash of garlic oil to the cooking water)
4 cups spinach leaves torn into small pieces (quarter size)- other greens are also good with this- endive is particularly nice

Saute onions in 3-4 TBS olive oil until translucent(use large skillet or wok).

Add spinach and saute until wilted (helps to cover the greens for about 5 minutes). Turn off heat and add finely crumbled feta, mix well.

Pour the spinach mixture over cooked vermicelli and toss well. For a prettier presentation you can reserve a little of the mixture for topping.
