Here is a summary of the key points made:

• 48 hr. turnaround in payouts through ATM cards
• WINR will do thorough background checks on companies they will work with.
• Won't accept everyone that applies.
• Software won't allow gambling from outlawed jurisdictions (five states...as of now)
• David Skinner has extensive background in gaming
• System will give highest levels of confidentiality
• SSL technology, multiple fire walls, Swiss Bank laws...No US seizure possible (LOL!)
• Interbet agreement is signed
• Tiss license and contract...will be provided to ALL licensees. To start off 1 casino and 1 sports club (internet/not telephone)
• Only co. that can guarantee payout within 48 hours; takes others 14 days...
• Interbet...revenue made through license fee, processing fees 4% from deposits and 4% from withdrawals, and interest on monies. i.e. $1000 in, WINR sends $960 to Casino for gambling.
• WINR will process credit cards and save casinos money since WINR charges 4% vs. local foreign banks that charge 6.5% to 7%.
• Will also save casinos time and money since they won't have to issue checks (type them up, the paper, the time, etc.)
• e-Commerce is being evaluated
• Encryptions between all parties customers to WINR, WINR to banks and casinos
• WINR has been contacted by casinos out of Europe (France, Germany, etc.)
• Winr has the only system where players can utilize their own currency (vs. the currency of the casino's choice)
• WINR will not be in competition with the casinos, will only process bank information
• System will be cost effective for those who choose to use it.
• Industry will be $10 billion by 2000

Pretty much what we already knew...but glad to see an attempt to get the word out.
