Quiet frankly for the moment I am satisfied

with the share price of Winspear. We have seen a

price increase and it seems to be normal market

action to have these dips.

Now, if I had sold at a buck I would not be too

excited about the price!

Regards

Hi Kidl,

I owned Winspear almost continually from 1993 until last spring. I firmly believe in the potential at Snap lake. I have stated in the past that management can make or break this project. For instance throughout 1997, I was getting good hype everytime I called the company, yet the price kept dropping. It turns out that Co. insiders(Lucas etc.) had been dumping millions of shares onto an already weakened overall market. Add to this all the repriced options, and this slaughtered WSP shareholders.

Management does not give a hoot about shareholders. The game is all about giving away free options and playing this one out for all it's worth. If half of managements efforts were directed toward drilling and delineating, instead of trading, this project would be much better off. In short everything looks good except management, they stink.

All the best
