One further ?? ; will alyd follow your PR recomendations? Hell I wouldnt want to work for a client that dont listen. To me Bob reminds me Of Jimmy Carter; he has surrounded himself with good old boys and ass kissers which help insulate himself from the real world!

Re: Some answers to some rumors 1) The number were what the numbers were.... there was no "sandbagging" as some rumors suggest. The numbers were lower than expected because of a change in the sales force. That problem has been fixed... and the contract increases were discussed last week. the company's new sales team is doing a bang up job. 2) This was not a jury trial. From what I'm told, both sides have finished presenting evidence and now they have to write briefs to give the judge. This will take months and months before it is all said and done. Bob Gruder stated in the CC that he is confident of the status of the case. I have put it under the "annoyance" category. 3) CPWR- who knows? Call them! Don't expect a response! 4) ERP won't generate revenues until 1st Q 99.... I hope that we get guidance from the company on it. The company has a lot of very positive things going on... and I remain VERY BULLISH. Hanging in there looking for a bottom.... TM
