I got into Valence in March, 98 mainly because of the high option premiums. So far I have made money selling calls. Most of my shares were called out and when the stock went down below 4 1/2 I started buying again. I have accumulated a pretty substantial position below $5.00 and have been reading each post over the past few weeks with excitement. If all the analyses of FMK and John Curtis are even close this is one of those once in a lifetime opportunities. Unless the factory blows up or some company comes out of the closet with some killer competitive technology I don't see how the investment can lose.

I do have a question though for the more experienced among you. Why would the company schedule a conference call rather than just issuing a press release on the 11th? Is it a gift they are providing the current investors and those who are closely following the stock so they can buy before big news is announced? Or, could it be they want to explain some delays or complications that might cause some selloff if just reported and not explained thoroughly? Could it be that they are aware of the expectations of the shareholders for an imminent announcement of contracts and they want to explain a potential delay without causing panic or criticism? I know the company is notorious for not providing much news. I haven't seen this done before but admit I am very much a novice in the market.

Thanks in advance. David

Schweiz, oder vielleicht Elsass? Ich hoffe dass der CC so froh sein
wuerde! Sorry guys for the rusty German. Just a little levity when
all seems so serious. Hope we'll feel like celebrating too!
