Bruce, Just watching the "cheerleaders". Chuck said in his response to me that the company would entertain serious offers. He is just doing his job by commenting on "rumors" to protect shareholders and investors from momentum players. The positive point is that the stock has clearly established an uptrend BUT the market seems very overbought to me so we might see a pullback. Support was very solid at 8 and I expect the up move to continue as we go into '99. Current prices should facilitate the acquisition Chuck was interested in and would allow a takeover offer in 16 - 20 range for PAIR without offending takeover company's shareholders.

Hi, Bruce. Two key points to remember in light of events the past two days: 1) PAIR (i.e. Chuck, et. al) is committed to increasing shareholder value (price) since management personally owns large blocks 2) news releases mention take-over TALKS. FWIW, someone passed a note offering $22 (TLAB? Lu? ERCY?), so the story goes...Is this still being considered by the Board? Your guess is as good as mine.

PAIR has made significant strides the past two sessions towards name recognition on Wall Street. The volume has exploded, clearly placing tremendous focus (and interest) on this stock. Play this strong momentum and you will make some nice gains.

<OT> I've been away, playing in the desert with the Air Force and taking in their neat toys while staying away from desert tortoise (our Buddy, Jay, can explain that last one). Thanks for inquiring and everyone for sharing their excitement on this Board. It was nice to come back to in the evenings after a LONG day (and continuing...).

Good luck.
