Barbara.....Yep, Arif is a total piece of shit for letting Randy go. Randy had more moral fiber in his pinkie than Arif has in his entire worthless, lacking conscience, cowardly carcass that he calls a human being. Randy had so many great things planned and was the only ray of hope in this company. I'm very disappointed. Arif is out of control. Randy was doing the right things and was fired for that very reason. It just shows that Arif is in control and change is not good with him. As long as he's there, this is a lost investment.
