Sergio, the buy-back began about 2 weeks ago, when PAIR hovered around 8. The transactions were completed in blocks ranging between 5k and 50k shares (masked to be institutional trades) in order to not drive up the price and limits their cash exposure. This move is in the interest of us shareholders since the lower cost for repurchase allows them to maintain their strong equity position.

Also, please note that PAIR DID NOT specify a timeframe to complete the buyback. Of all buyback programs (in general), only a very small percentage (<10%) ever gets completed, and the majority of this occurs with the blue chips like Blue (IBM).

We will see in the 4Q report how many shares were repurchased and how much they spent to do this. At that time, you will hopefully appreciate the savvy moves by Management.

During the run-up Monday, I doubt the company bought back shares. But I am pretty sure Management rode this up like many of us.

Good luck.
