interesting report on national news tonight about Delta and how they ended up cutting their own throats because they cut service to customers. They found out the hard way.

A study showed that for every dollar a company spends on service the company makes two to five dollars more in profits. Service is now the focus of Delta . They finished tenth out of ten in that category last year.

I believe Michael and Co. figured out long ago that SERVICE is the most important factor when selling a product, period. Sooner or later a satisfied customer always returns.
