Hello Pr-Ac Man,

Bot out....depends on the agreement reached by the two parties.

One could be an all cash price where you tender your shares for the cash offered. The stock usually runs to 90-95% of the offered price upon release of the news.

Two could be an all stock deal whereby you trade your stock for a set amount of shares in another company. Upon that announcement the stock usually runs to 80 to 90% of the offered price.

Three could be cash and stock whereby you receive a preset amount of cash...ie....$2 per share plus a preset amount of the buyers stock.

All of these require a vote of the shareholders.......

I'm not saying we are being bought out either but I hope this helps answer your question.
