Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont Chooses TiS' Forms Processing Solution TEL AVIV, Israel, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- TiS -- Top Image Systems, Ltd., (Nasdaq: TISAF - news),and dakota imaging, exclusive US distributor of TiS, today announced that BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont (BCBS-VT) has chosen TiS' award winning forms processing solution to process its medical claims forms. The Blue Cross Blue Shield project is composed of an initial HCFA-1500 processing phase with a secondary phase of processing UB-92's and ultimately, all standardized forms. Special requirements being addressed by TiS and dakota imaging include a specific up load format, creation of a separate record for each detail line on the HCFA, subscriber and provider look tables, and ICD 9 and CPT confirmation look ups. Mr. Walter Merrow, Vice President of Operations at BCBS-VT, said, ''We selected TiS' AFPSPro after reviewing several software packages. In conducting our review, the flexibility and recognition engine configuration were two items which were two considerations in making our decision.
