Besides wanting to kick the butt of whomever traded those lousy 100 warrants on Friday...here is some NEWS! And it's good DOMESTIC news from an industry that could be mammoth for this company.Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont Chooses TiS' Forms Processing Solution TEL AVIV, Israel, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- TiS -- Top Image Systems, Ltd., (Nasdaq: TISAF - news),and dakota imaging, exclusive US distributor of TiS, today announced that BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont (BCBS-VT) has chosen TiS' award winning forms processing solution to process its medical claims forms. The Blue Cross Blue Shield project is composed of an initial HCFA-1500 processing phase with a secondary phase of processing UB-92's and ultimately, all standardized forms. Special requirements being addressed by TiS and dakota imaging include a specific up load format, creation of a separate record for each detail line on the HCFA, subscriber and provider look tables, and ICD 9 and CPT confirmation look ups. Mr. Walter Merrow, Vice President of Operations at BCBS-VT, said, ''We selected TiS' AFPSPro after reviewing several software packages. In conducting our review, the flexibility and recognition engine configuration were two items which were two considerations in making our decision. While the setup of any system of this nature is complex, the manner in which AFPSPro deals with setup issues also played an important part in the decision making process. The fact that this system can be brought in and set up with minimal involvement of our scarce IT resources was another plus that was of great value. In addition to the software, we were impressed with the extensive experience and understanding of the application, which we were targeting for implementation, that dakota imaging demonstrated. We expect the combination of the TiS-dakota imaging team to provide us with a system which will allow BCBS-VT to realize substantial savings in our claims entry area.'' ''We are very pleased to be chosen to process HCFA's for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont,'' stated Dr.Ido Schechter, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TiS. ''This project illustrates the tremendous potential for TiS in the important claims processing market. We look forward to providing BCBS of Vermont, and other claims processing clients, with the most efficient and accurate automated forms processing solution available.'' chris
