" It is necessary that the company adopt this quiet period due to certain activities being undertaken by DCI in the international arena" above is the reason why company announced quiet period! so QUIET PERIOD has something to do with INTERNATIONAL not DOMESTIC.so QUIET PERIOD itself is not about AMEX LISTING,QUIET PERIOD itself is not about CYBERFAX spin off, QUIET PERIOD itself is not about domestic financing,QUIET PERIOD may have something to do with following: 1.a buyout by ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL COMPANY. 2.New firm orders from international are much more than previous announced contracts in total. 3.A VERY BIG COORPERATION PROGRAM in EUROPE with world wellknown public company. DCTC is at the point just before running up. if we check from trading log yesterday, there were 80% buy from ask prices,that's the aggressive buy which is the main power to push stock higher(very strange,there was one 10,000 shares single trade at$1.27 when all other trade including lots of single trade of 10,000shares were at $1.57-$1.67 RANGE yesterday. IS it another evidence that how desperate the shorter is so they agreed to sell to each other at$1.27 to shake some shareholder's confidence???? if so, they can always make the difference outside the market.after all,I hope it was just a print mistake from $1.57) Obviously, no trick could scare investors from buying this decent stock now since it's just too late for any shorters to play game with ALL DCTC SHAREHOLDERS. STRONGER than ever. go DCTC!
