Chuck, If I owned any cheap shares I would sell them now. It clearly states in black and white (13D/A) what the future holds. First we will go through a reverse split then we will get really creamed with the conversion of Preferred Stock. The further this stock falls the greater % Fred gets when he converts. He could care less. He wants as big a piece of FXWA as he can get. He is going to take NUOA private and it's going to cost him next to nothing. Fred Gordon Luke belongs behind bars (IMHO). Ted
