Cirruslvr:

re <<What does "SGAA" stand for?>>

I've never seen it referred to in quite this manner but I have seen it referred to as SG&A, or Selling, General and Administrative expense

Cirruslvr,
with 7million shipped, ASP of $125, R&D at $140 million this would lead to an EPS for Q4 of $1.00. If they ship 6 million, EPS would be 0,75...

SGAA .. since I'm not a bookie I frankly don't have the definition. All I do have is the fact that this items contains all General expenses overhead etc. which are not directly related to the units sold. Good amounts of Amortization & depreciation expenses are also in this item. if R&D spending wouldn't show up as a seperate item, it would also be included in SGAA I guess.

best regards
