Tony,

It is a simple matter with me. Stock prices change with earnings growth. AMD can easily produce 1000% earnings growth. For Intel it is out of the question.

I see ownership of AMD stock as far more profitable than ownership of Intel. So far I have been correct.

<It's David vs. Goliath, Padres vs. Yankees, Clay vs. Liston, Broncos vs. Packers, Slippery Rock vs. Notre Dame, Netscape vs. Microsoft, etc.>

Tony, I was explaining this to my roommate tonight, who is Russian. This mentality of rooting for the underdog is part of American culture. From literature and songs on the American Revolution, to movies like Rocky and the Star Wars trilogy, America loves to see the underdog win.

P.S. - I too like rooting for underdogs; after all, I'm a lifelong Washington Redskins fan.
