The warrants are higher risk higher potential reward than the stock, both are good values in my book. If the stock is at 1 3/4 in 2002 the warrants are worthless, the stock holders break even. If the stock is at 4.00 the stock holders do well, the warrants are worthless. If the stock is at 8, the sharehlders do superbly, the warrantholders are in the stratosphere.
