Hi,
<<<<although teevee's math may be correct for the assumptions he made, the drilling certainly hasn't tested the entire circular 2.5km radius cone dyke structure he refers too... not even close... so the odds of all of his assumptions falling into place seems to be small.>>>>>

You are correct in that much more drilling needs to be done, however, given the geological character of cone sheets, the odds are actually extremely high. IMO step out drilling and further bulk sampling results, when we get them next year, should not shock the sceptics and non believers-there is nothing odd or unknown about cone sheets to the geological community. Also, the emplacement mechanism of cone sheets tells me personally that the grade will stand up to further testing AND be very consistant. However, given most peoples lack of geological knowledge, I certainly understand their scepticism and nervous doubts. Before I ramble on any further, I believe I have made my point over the last couple of weeks as to why IMO, Snap Lake is THE DIAMOND DISCOVERY to date in the NWT.
